Required qualifications: 
  • At least 4th degree of short-term education 
  • Advanced conversational level of English 
  • Knowledge of working on a computer 
  • Working in customer support will be considered an advantage.
  • Previous work experience desirable

  • Analytical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
  • The ability to adapt the style of communication to the specific interlocutor and the situation

Job description:
  • Work from the office in Nis
  • Work in all shifts
  • Communicating with users of our software by phone.
  • Solving current problems of users
  • Monitoring changes in the system and preventive response
